Objective

The objective of this research project is to explore the possibilities and problems of developing a new generation of Web based S&T indicators. More specifically, this project aims to lay the groundwork for a chapter on Web indicators in the next series of European S&T indicator reports.

A policy relevant measure that quantifies aspects of the creation, dissemination and application of science and technology in so far as they are represented on the internet or the World Wide Web.
